There are plenty of games for children, which have to make them smile, in order to keep their attention. Well, when it comes for funny games for adults, the childish nature isn`t the only one stressed along the production. There is in addition the relaxing effect that these games bring. You lay down on a chair, after having finished your lunch and you like to start a game for a short siesta. “Worms”, as “Plants vs. Zombies”-a game of which we have discussed this month, is dedicated to grab you out of the daily stress.
Seeing the trailer, I can affirm that “Worma” is probably able to manage to do this. “Worms” is a veteran in game industry, it was launched a few years ago, but Team 17, the current producer, managed to bring it in the world of PCs.
The new version of “Worms Reloaded” promises to offer more fun and more adventure than the previous sequels launched in 15 years of history. An impressing age… if you add the fact that the game sold more than 25 millions of copies, then you can say it for sure that the “worms” are an inevitably chapter in gaming.
In 2010, the game will offer over 60 single-player missions (campaigns aren`t yet available, but let`s make some lobby). As a bonus, more than 45 weapons will help you blow any alien in the area.
If you are a dedicated fan, visit the official site and you will be glad to add some “seasons” to your worm gaming: “Worms 2 Armageddon” for Xbox or “Worms HD” for iPad.
The last mentioned version of the game will surprise with spectacular graphics and an interactive interface. What I could observe, comparing with the sequel launched for PC, is that on your iPad you can easily change the backgrounds or the worm characters, thanks to the digital touch supposed by playing on smart devices.
Either you are single-player, you will have fun of using a fantastic arsenal, composed of Holy Hand Grenade or Ninja Rope.
Bring the music and the leisure to your gaming. In order to create a more intimate atmosphere, use your office table as support, flip to full screen, let your music play in the backgrounds as you play and enjoy a historic game.
Don`t worry about your boss jumping into the office, save the game on the go and return to it, when you want to kill some time.
“Worms Armageddon” promises to leave you breathless. Bigger and more annoying worms are ready to get enrolled in the final fight, the question is what this Armageddon is meant to be. The trailer doesn`t offer you much information, so you have to find it by yourself.
BANANA BOOOOMB!!! INCOMIIIING!!! OH DEAR!!!! : you just have to love worms games because I for one cannot get enough when playing. I have to admit it’s been a while since I last used a bazooka but you got my appetite for Worms back to the surface and it is ready to be pleased. One tip though: never play Worms alone, it is never that much fun when you have to play it by yourself.
