At the annual international show regarding technology and gadgets, CES, we have seen that the LG Optimus Black is going to be a massive success this year, thanks to the features that it presents. But this is not the only smartphone, presented at CES that is going to change again the world of super-phones. No, this will be accompanied by other phones, who will have similar features.
Let’s see what are the features of those phones, without naming a brand. What is clear this year is that the smartphones are heading to a whole new era, which is the 4G era. We move from the 3G generation of phones to 4G. Many of the phones presented at CES have this capability. All the phones can be used on the Internet, run various operating systems and let the users to benefit of the power of their cameras.
One smartphone brings an update, which enables the users to use the camera in relation to multiple cameras on a single device. Not only that allows you to do that, but thanks to the operating system, which in this case is Android, the user can switch between the front facing camera and the rear facing camera, can select the icons on the screen, with a simple touch and will enable the video chat, since it is widely used.
Windows Phone 7 smartphones will be promoted by Verizon and Sprint. The copy and paste functionalities were added as an update to the older version of this operating system. There are also some other features, which were not disclosed by Microsoft. I said at the beginning that I won’t name the brands involved in this CES, but have to say the name of Microsoft, because they are the first in this industry and I consider they deserve all the best from us.
LG wants to offer cheaper smartphones for the whole world. This is a difficult task, especially in this period we’re living in, because the financial crisis has created problems for everybody and buying a smartphone is not necessarily a priority these days. LG has made the Android operating system phones to be more affordable to the large public and hopefully, they will succeed this year to have the same performance.
