On a very good Website today I have found a lot of sources from where you can take information and learn foreign languages online. This is happening only if you want to. If you don’t, you are free to take a book and start using the old way. I am not saying that the books are wrong, in fact I am a person who likes to read books, more than reading e-books, but when you learn a foreign language, if you do it by yourself, you have to hear the pronounciation of the words, you have to learn how a true native speaker would say that expression, that word, that phrase.

The article that made me write my own article related to this theme is http://www.readwriteweb.com/archives/20_ways_to_learn_a_language_online.php. The first site that I present is the BBC site. I guess you would not expect to find BBC here, but you wil find a lot of tools and online courses that will keep your knowledge needs satisfied. Another site that provides good courses is elanguageschool.net. The site offers free lessons for those who want to learn foreign languages. You don’t need a diploma. You simply need to know how to speak a certain language. There are Websites that offer you a diploma as well, if you desire that, but I don’t know exactly if they are recognized by your future potential employers and by the Education Ministry in your country.
You have to check very good if the site on which you register will provide you a diploma, which is recognized all over the world, or at least in your country. If you want to learn the language, the diploma is unimportant. But if you pay to get the courses, then you could require a diploma. In this case, make sure it is recognized, in order to keep the problems away. If the diploma is not recognized, a future employer could not accept that you know a foreign language. The universities which provide foreign languages courses are almost all of them recognized by the Education Ministry. So, if you have learned a language while you were at the university, then you don’t have to worry if you attend to the online courses provided by an e-learning center.
Speaking of e-learners, Linkua is a site where you will benefit of all the knowledge from a native speaker. So, if you want to learn Japanese, then what better way to learn it from learning the language from a native speaker? The sites presented above focus more on theory. You can practice what you learn by using those sites in here: iTalki, Conversation Exchange and Interpals. If you know other sites from where you can learn foreign languages, tell us too. If the site is good, we will make a review on it, to let other people know how good the site is and what is the advantages of using a site like that.
