Ways To Send Fast Messages

Who owns a newsletter system on his Website, can send messages to all of the subscribers of that system, not only to one. Thanks to this system, the users also can communicate to each other, if the owner of the site makes available a list with their names. Not their real names, of course, although this is possible too. See the social networks and you will know what I mean. This system is advantageous for large companies. If you place an electronic mail system so that each of your employees to have a box office, in this way you will know how they feel of you. So the system works in both ways.

You can send messages to a wide number of people and also can receive messages from a wide number of employees. The ease and flexibility occur when, for example, a manager wishes to inform a specific event, only to those under his direction. Other advantages of this type of post would be much they are much faster than memos, cost less and allow immediate confirmation of the receipt of messages.

The mail servers on which each institution or company have stored their messages, work as a postal box. When someone wants to send a message, he writes it, writes the address of the receiver and sends it. This mail address, which 50 years ago consisted of a mailbox name and a number of the post office, represents in fact the destination to where a written message will be sent. The messages are centralized on a server that is like the post, so great because it is able to receive e-mails even when our computers are off or when they are not connected to the Internet.

An e-mail address consists of two parts separated by an “@” which in English means “at” and translates to “on” or “the mailbox.” @ is the front of the mailbox, representing our personal or invented names, and after this character is the field, that is the name of your Internet service provider (ISP): @lauren.gywert subscriber or lauren@mbbsjavchav.com.

The mailbox is usually the user name, a name we assign to the ISP or a name picked by us. The ISP domain name usually ends with three letters and is called the top-level domain or high-level domain  or TLD that gives a hint about what kind of place it is. Thus, the commercial organizations have their Websites ended in “com” which includes various Websites. The colleges, universities, high schools end up in “edu”. Networking organizations end in “net”, the government sites end in “guv” and organizations that do not to enter into any of the categories before end in “org”.

There are many Web sites that provide free mailboxes such as Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Google, AOL and many others. These accounts use the domain names of their site (yahoo.com) for the second part of the e-mail address.
