“Greedy Knight” is a logic game accessible on sheppardsoftware.com. The rules of this game are simple: you have to move the knight from one place to another and guess what, the knight moves exactly like a knight from the game of chess. When the knight move in the form of the letter L, the location on which he lands will offer him the chance of getting a golden coin. You have to move the knight on a board, which seems like a 3D board, but is not and to collect all coins that are present on the board.
Every location where the knight must get has a coin. You have to think a strategy so that your knight to move from one place to another, having the main goal reaching the exit, which is a location, where is no coin, where you must reach, this meaning that you have collected all the coins on the board. This is no easy task, because once you leave a position on the board, you will see how that position disappears, because it seems that the board is made of columns, which are destroyed when the knight leaves one of them. This why I told you that the game is like a 3D game, because you have a different perspective once you see that the board is made of columns which are teared apart when the knight and his horse leave that column to move to another one.
You have to think very well before moving, because when you have no more moves available, the game will be over and if you do not manage to collect all the coins, it means that you have lost the game. Once a column was demolished, you cannot go back to that place again, if you want to move into that direction. If the game hasn’t announced you yet that you have no more moves, it means that you still have some moves available. Try to find them by moving your mouse on the surface of the board. When a move is available, you will see how the square that represents the top of that 3D column, gets transformed from a light green into a darker green. An application for all those who want to improve their logic skills.
