Imagine the time spent from where you place the cannon, if you place it near the castle and until the tanks reach the castle. It is a very short time, but if you place the cannons far away from the castle, they will have enough time to destroy the tanks before they will enter the castle. In this way, you will protect the castle.
Unfortunately, some of the tanks are not your regular tanks. They can be transformed into real weapons. The soldiers today would be a little envy on those who designed these weapons, even though only just digitally.
