Those who have been playing Train Express know about what is the game entitled “Ocean Express” and even though if they don’t know, they can imagine. You have little elements that come slowly at the bottom of the screen, from right to left and they need to be placed as a cargo on a mighty ship. You can take those elements with the click of your mouse and compared to the game with the trains, you can rotate the elements, so that they will fit in the ship.
There is a departure time, that you have to respect and only if you don’t respect that, you can lose the level of the game and possibly start the level again. But there is nothing like on the previous game, where you have to take the elements from their location to make room for other elements to come. There are elements which stay and wait for their turn. When you take an elements from the line, and you have no where to place it in the ship, you cannot place it back on the line again, especially if more and more elements are waiting to come. Playing this game, I think that the elements will never stop from appearing at the bottom of the screen.
You can finish a level without filling up all the empty spaces in the ship. For example, at my first level, I left a single spot empty and I still managed to finish the level. The game only reduced from my total value, the value of that single spot, which I left it unoccupied by cargo. Like in other puzzle games, you have to obtain a certain amount of money from transporting those goods. If you fail to do this, you can start the game again. And again, until you manage to obtain the amount of money requested by the game.
This is a game which is much easier than the one with the trains, one because the elements stop and you can have time to think where to place the elements in the ship and two, because you can rotate the elements and place them where you need them. In the games with the trains, this was not possible and the elements themselves created problems because when the filled the line where they were placed, the game stopped, if you did not move as rapidly as they were coming on the line. They represented containers which wait to be positioned in the train. The area where you needed to place the elements in the game with the trains was much more smaller than the area you have in the ship here. So, from all points of view, this seems like an easier game, but you will see how easy is to play this game, only if you enter Yahoo Games and go to the Puzzle games section or if you type Ocean Express in the search box. In this way, you will find the game and will be able to say I’m right or not.
