Nike Training Club Review

“Nike Training Club” is an application downloadable from iTunes for free, created and distributed by Nike Inc. It is just like you are having your personal trainer with you everywhere. There are more than 60 exercises which are designed especially to get you toned and strong, just like a real athlete.

Inspired by renowned athletes and created by real trainers, this program combines the years spent by Nike in research with their trainers’ expertise in order to deliver a unique experience that is personalized according to the man or woman that uses this program. You can set your own program, so that you can’t blame the trainer for causing a too high distress for your body. Still, it would be great if you could listen the audio guides that are provided by your digital trainer, because the data you tell it, will be processed and then the pieces of advice will come especially for you. The workout exercises are different if you are a man or a woman, if you want to tonify the muscles of your hands or of your feet and so on.

In 30 minutes, you can perform a full body workout without too much stress added to your tired muscles. It is recommended to start with low difficulty exercises and then, when you are ready for more, to workout for an hour or an hour and a half. You want to listen to a certain track while you are working out? Connect your music library and save the track you want to listen when a certain exercise is done.

The good thing when it comes to this app, is that you can see cardio information and set the workouts for your heart condition. If you have problems with your heart, this does not mean that the sport is forbidden, only that you need to be more attentive when you do these workouts. It is recommended in this case to see a doctor and to not rely that much on this application, because when this was made, the opinion of the trainers was taken into consideration, not of your own cardiologist. See a doctor and perform only the exercises that he or she recommends in your case.
