Looking for a new, pretty, amusing game for your iDevice?! “Mush”, created by Angry Mango promises to offer you a relaxing game experience each time, every time you are willing to kill some dead time.
“Mush” is a sort of puzzle game, in which a small puffy animal has to walk, to avoid obstacles and to entertain you in a very pleasant way. I haven’t understood from the trailer what was the direct purpose of the game, but I guess it`s just for the fun of discovering new backgrounds. You will pass through summertime with thick woods or winter backgrounds with a lot of snow.
The game received good critics, although it`s new and almost unknown on game market. It looks that “Mush” has revolved the animal funny stereotype. The Mush proposed by Angry Mango is much colorful, speedy and self-aware. He figures out the maternal village is too mundane for him and starts an adventure around the world. His aim is to rediscover the missing emotions. I have to admit it, that I haven`t read anywhere such a sensitive plot for a supposedly superficial game. Indeed, while watching the trailer you have the impression of an easy Pokemon game, in which everything gets repetitive and intuitive, but Mush has some surprises on the run, so be ready to find them out. Game editors praised its graphical outlet and the novel way of surprising a small animal character. All in all, “Mush” seems to be a quite unique stylish release in game industry.
For the moment, “Mush” is available for Windows Phone 7 with touchscreen. This iDevice isn`t very different to the iPads and iPhones launched by Apple, so don`t worry, you won`t get lost into space. You can use the touchscreen to make your Mush move, to render it a smile upon its face or to make it light and able to float around. If you draw a sad face on its face, you will make it sink in water and so you will lose some important points. If you shake your iDevice to the right or to the left, you will make Mush very angry and so it will break obstacles on the stop and will start run faster than you can imagine…these are the hot points of Mush. If you are interested, give it a try.
The graphics are realistic and synchronized with the catchy music, so you won`t be feeling when the time passed by.
The producers affirmed that the game isn`t yet completed and some updates have to be made in its structure. Anyhow the official date of the final launch hasn`t been established, so you will have to wait a little bit before seeing the new Mush on its expedition.
Gamers also left positive reviews on different game publications. They appreciate the funny allure of the game and would like to see it in a version compatible with consoles. Who knows? If the game sells good for iDevices, probably Angry Mango will create a Mush as PC game.
