Killzone 3 is a first-person shooter, exclusively designed for PS3, developed by Guerrilla Games, and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. It is planned for release in North America, on February 2011.
Killzone 3 begins right where Killzone 2 left off. It’s an air of uncertainty and you pretty much completed your objective by killing Emperor Visari, Helghast fleet are left to fight alone, nuclear war has gone off, and ISA forces have been depleted. So effectively, you are a group of men on the run and all you wanna do is to get off, while new factions of Helghast fleet fight to complete Visari’s dominance vision.
Killzone 3 is different than the previous games in the series. It is the first game with 3D elements and custom-designed for PlayStation Move device. Putting a first-person shooter in a 3D technology is a new experience for Sony and allows the player to play around, to explore with a vertical approach to level building, multi-pathing through a level towards objectives, ambushing enemies, and using different approaches.
The first thing that will strike you is how good the game is. The texture on the walls, and the other objects look real. I was amazed by the reality of the snow particles design.I think is the best looking game on PS3 so far. Killzone 2 had some problems with the controller, but in Killzone 3 all these errors are fixed and it’s really a fun game to play.
