“Hundred PushUps” is the application you need when you are too lazy to start working out for yourself. The application costs $1.99 and it is available in the iTunes network. The manufacturer, SoftwareX, says that by buying the app, you will support the company of creating others apps just like this one, filled with their passion for sports and for technology. I am sorry that I don’t have an Apple device to get the app, but all of you who have iPhone, iPods Touch and iPads can download the app from the iTunes page without any problem.
You want to have something to motivate you to reach the hundred? Now you have find out the perfect application. Of course, when you will download it, this won’t come to you with the proper equipment you need in order to start practicing some exercises, but you will be at least, a bit more motivated to start the exercises in question. You have to warm up your body before starting to do push ups, because these are dangerous if your hand and foot muscles are not prepared for this kind of effort.
The purpose of this application is that you will set a period of time and in that period set by you, you have to keep your word and manage to do 100 push ups when you will try.
