You can share files with another computer through the mobile devices using a network or sending them as e-mail attachments or using instant messaging programs, but in this case the attachements must be small in size.
1. Copy the files to a floppy disk, CD or DVD. Choose a storage medium that can be used by other computers.
2. If both computers are connected to a network, copy the files directly from the other computer, if you have the appropriate access.
3. You can also create a new folder on a server, then you can transfer the files in that folder. The recipient can copy files on its disk. (This method is useful when you want the documents to be available to more people in the network).
4. Connect two Windows operating systems using a serial cable and then open the Start menu and choose Programs, then Accessories, Communications and Direct Cable Connection. A computer will be the host and the other will be a guest.
5. Send files via e-mail attachment.

You may need to compress the files so they will have a small capacity in order to enter easily on the hard disk. The networks are created in many ways, but they all should allow sharing files. In an e-mail you can attach multiple documents, because some people have restrictions on the size of attachments. If you cannot enter the computer network from work, use the e-mail to send files. Make sure that the recipient can open any files that you send via e-mail.
