Many of your friends use Google AdSense to increase their revenues. Probably you do this too, that’s why you read this article. Well, as you probably know by now, there are situations in which Google bans some sites for not obeying the principles imposed by Google. In my opinion, this is right, because there are a lot of Websites, especially those presenting pornography and other indecent pictures of men, women and children to the whole Internet. The fact that Google does not index their pages, when they find out of this, seems ok considering the Internet tries to improve the content from its pages. This initiative comes from many organizations who want to protect the children from a hostile environment, due to the fact that they spend a lot of time online and is supported by Google of course.
Google can ban your site or notify you regarding your AdSense account, when it discovers that you asked your friends or other persons to click on your ads, in fact on the ads that appear on your blog. Don’t ask me how do they do it. They simply do. And they are never wrong. When they say you have asked your friends to click on those ads, in most of the cases, you really did.
If the site is banned by Google, there are weak chances for your site to regain its position from before its banning. In this case, you either create a new site, or you try something else. Considering the blogging is very easy to do even for those who is not accustomed with its rules, the majority will select the variant number one. Which is: creating a new site, but obeying Google.
If you don’t learn from your mistakes, you give up the chances of earning something. And you don’t want that. It is extremely important to not make the same mistakes as you did with your former site. If you use WordPress, you can open multiple accounts, thus multiple sites. It will be more difficult to manage them, but at least you will know something for sure. If Google will ban another site, you will still remain with the others, which are already running. If you have a single site and you don’t follow the exact rules imposed by Google, when you end up with your AdSense account banned and with your site not included in the search results, you will find it more easy to redirect your attention to another site from your portfolio.
But I guess that if you were suspended once, you will try not to make the mistake again. This is why always say to read the terms of service everytime you join a site or register somewhere. The rules are specified there. This is like a contract signed between you and that site. By not respecting what is written in the contract, you can support the consequences.
A thing that can get your site banned is the placing of fake meta tags inside your HTML code. For example, you say you write about sex, which is a very searched word online and in fact your site is about carrots. To attract more visitors, you lie. Well, Google doesn’t like that, so watch out. Your content should be written for your readers, not for the love of the search engines. Google doesn’t like that also. But the worse Internet crime, if we may call it that way, regarding AdSense is to click on your own ads. How inocent you can be if you think that they can’t see what you are doing? Ok, it can happen once by mistake, but not every day for more than once a day. This is not a mistake, this is done on purpose.
Like Google finds you when you make mistake, in the same way, it discovers you when you do great things. And when you do, it rewards you with a high position in the search list results, thus with more money. Try to obey the rules, because you will have nothing but to win. Fail to do this and you will lose.
