Although the name of this game suggests you a touristic-theme production, in fact it`s a race game, similar to Formula 1, but in which you will drive the luxurious cars of the moment. This field of race games is a very crowded one, as far as I can remember I presented two other reviews related to this topic (“Need for speed World” and “Test Drive Unlimited 2”), so I asked myself as probably you did too, what`s the purpose on promoting the same old pattern? “Grand Turismo” seems to be a brand, that takes a chance for success, despite any difficult context. This year was launched the sequel number five and managed to be awarded as Best of Gamescom for motion and graphics. In fact, it`s a small price, but important in the curriculum vitae of Sony Computer Entertainment`s creation.
Gran Turismo 5 will appear on November 2, officially and it seems, exclusively for PlayStation 3. Try A-spec Mode, in which you will try each of the tracks available, as unique driver, Cockpit Views- recreating the interior and the instruments of a racing car or the more realistic third person view. I guess after testing the speed and the beauty of a Gran Turismo car for 10 minutes, you would like some more action.
