On January 14, 2011, Mozilla released Firefox 4, the beta version, which is said to be three times faster than the Firefox 3.6.13.
A new feature of this browser is the the use of the Panorama technology, which allows the user to group the tabs with which he is working into several groups of tabs for an easier work. With App Tabs, the user can move the sites that are permanently opened on the tab bar. It is said that the browser offers a true support for HTML5, so the Web developers can work on this browser without any problem.
This browser is available to be used on Windows computers, MacBooks and Linux computers. Firefox Sync, another new feature of it, lets the users to synchronize their information with other computers or smartphones. This was also available in the past, but not at that level.
The official release of this version is going to be in February 2011. Firefox 4 was originally launched for smartphones, most of them using the Android operating system.
The number one Web browser in the world is Internet Explorer. Many of those who don’t like Microsoft say that Microsoft should be blamed, because they install by default this browser together with the operating system, thus the first time you enter the Internet, the IE will be opened.
