“Fall out 3” is one of the game, that stirred my interest, zapping through screenshots on Internet. Firstly, I thought that in the image, that you will see below, it`s a sort of soldier, a human-soldier. In fact, it`s about an enemy of humanity, but its full metallic cover made me wonder whether the producers of the game got inspired from the super-soldier of “Crysis 2”. I guess you remember that beefy soldier, covered with a nanosuit, the last hope of mankind. But I was wrong, “Fall out 3” plays its cards for another point of view, just the apocalyptical backgrounds seem to be the same, assaulted by an unbreathable air, caused of too much smoke.

“Fall out 3”, although not very famous, sells good. I find it on a weekly top on Steam, on a very comfortable position, number two, reason that made me introduce to you, unless you already play it for hours.

The game is focused on action role-playing and you will rather play it in single-campaign than in multiplayer feature. What bothered me again about this strange game is that it was officially launch in October 2008 and still it sells goof today. I guess that Bethesda Game Studios did their best for improving the third sequel for such an enormous success.

The plot will place the game in the year 2277, when 36 years passed after the setting of the previous sequel and another 200 years elapsed since the nuclear apocalypse that devastated the entire world (could it be reckoned as an alarm sign for today`s society?! Personally, I guess so). Since that nuclear explosion, the world faced a cruel war, the so called Sino-American war and there were a few survivors of human races, fighting for their existence each day with mutants, zombies and other dreadful creatures.

You will be one inhabitant of Vault 101, the last shelter or better said, the last village of humans, trying to protect themselves from the nuclear fallout. You will get into action, when your father will disappear suspiciously, then you will decide to take your risk and escape the protective village. Down and up the ruins of Washington D.C, you will try to track him.

“Fall out 3” managed to gather a lot of positive critics, including the prestigious distinction of “Game of the Year Edition”. With more than 600, 000 units sold in the first year, the producers can think of a new sequel.

Something that you will love or hate about this game is the management of features. For instance, when you will be born, the game will determine on the spot your race, gender and general appearance, plus the level of karma. As a baby, you will be called the “special one” of the family and when you will reach 16 years, your true life as soldier will definitively begin. Try it for hazard, you will say that`s no joke with the karma: you have positive karma- you help the community, you have negative karma- you will steal things and kill your fellows.
