The developer is 4Team and as the name suggests, this program is created to synchronize the contacts that you have in Outlook on multiple computers, without using a server. You can share the folders you have, the e-mails, the calendars, the tasks you set in Outlook, synchronize notes and journals without an exchange server. With this program, you can share Microsoft files, images and other type of media with your friends and family in an easy way. Of course, all these files have to be first uploaded into your mail server, because otherwise you will not have anything to share.
You can use the management of rights, so that not everyone who has access to a certain e-mail address to be able to see the mail you sent and also you can create privacy filters. When you transmit the information from one computer to another having the Outlook program running, the transfer is done with a military safety, because the system uses an AES 256 bit encryption. With this program, a user can work both offline and online. Of course, when you will need to sync the data, you will require an Internet connection, but you can work on a file and when the job is done, you can simply connect and share your work.
