Battlefield: Bad Company 2, a first person shooter game, developed by Digital Illusions CE and published by Elecronics Arts, continues the Battlefield: Bad Company series. It was released in March 2010 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and on PC. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is now available in stores worldwide. Also, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is changed and improved. It holds my attention and keeps me interested from beginning till the end.
The game was firstly made for a single player mode, where the user plays the role of Preston Marlowe, the protagonist of the original Battlefield: Bad Company. The multiplayer mode has a great selection of vehicles, aircraft and emplacements and makes possible the experiment of five different games modes. Don’t buy the game only for the single player experience because it will not be sufficient. The multiplayer mode of this game is the real center of attention.
The story of the game is not unique: a bunch of soldiers are trying to save the world by hunting mythical weapon of mass destruction, to avoid being captured by the Russians. The gameplay takes you around the world, going through a great variety of places, from snowcapped mountains to dense jungles. There was no surprise that this edition brought great mechanics: the guns react well, the sound is unbelievable, and the vehicles are easy to use. All of this greatness gives you the feeling that you are fighting on a real battlefield.
If you are a Modern Warfare 2 fan, the story mode of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is less enjoyable, but the multiplayer mode is more fun than MW2 because of the very large maps and the vehicles available. Also, Bad Company 2 has some DLC packs available for purchase which contain co-op missions that you can play with your squad.
