A Few Blogging Rules

Here are a few essential rules when blogging. The rules are available for those who read the site, but also for those who write on the site. First of all, you must remember that the Internet does not forget. If you dropped a disastrous statement somewhere, someone who knows you may find that and if someone is your potential employer, this is not good. One of the basic rules of blogging is to never erase what you wrote. If you do this, your may lose the credibility in front of your readers. This can be won after a long period, so watch over it. Write short positions. Don’t write long posts, because no one likes to scroll down. The less, the better.

Use links. People want to have quick access to information. If you write about a certain subject, put links that will not make the reader to waste time searching on a search engine for more information about a word or a person. Think carefully about what you write and don’t copy the content from other sources.

Express yourself clearly so that people won’t interpret the information presented by yourself. Use various words when you really want to send a clear message. Otherwise, keept it short and simple. People love simple things. Remember that nowadays, we all want to read ebooks, so it is better not to send your readers to a certain book, you should provide information as much as you can, connecting them to other links of course.

People read fewer books, but they buy magazines and newspapers, because they love the fact that the articles are short and have images and videos inserted.

Reply to comments. Also, use a plugin to allow the user to know when someone did answer him, someone meaning the admin of the site, not necessarily another person. If you fail to do that, the user will not return for a second time. This rule is the most difficult to accomplish because it involves even more time from you, who are already caught by doing so many things, writing, keeping up to date with the platform on which you run the blog or site, but you should try to do this at least 2-3 times a week. If you have something interesting to place on your blog.
